Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Stagent at stagent.worldstatelabs.com(the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by World State Labs.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are in the European Union, you must also meet the digital consent age set by your country's law (typically 16, lower in some member states). By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all applicable laws.

3. Your account

You may sign in via GitHub, Google, or Apple OAuth. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share your plugin tokens or session credentials with others. You may revoke individual tokens under /me.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or access controls
• Use the Service to store or transmit malware or malicious code
• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically access the Service in ways that degrade performance for other users
• Publish templates that contain secrets, credentials, or private keys

5. Content you publish

You retain ownership of templates and session artifacts you create. By publishing a template as "public" or "unlisted", you grant World State Labs a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content via the Service. You may delete your content at any time.

AI-generated content (stage artifacts produced by Claude via the stagent plugin) is displayed as-is. We make no representations about its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

6. Service availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uptime, data durability, or uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, World State Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the greater of USD $10 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions; if that applies to you, these limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be indicated by an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
